REGISTRATION PAYMENT POLICY
Full Clinic fee deposit is required at the time of registration for each participant in the event.
To obtain an Early Registration discount, registration is required to be made a minimum of more than 3 months (90 days) or as per any special promotion provided, in advance of the clinic start date and will be credited by RPM Sports to registering party either through a coupon or cash back upon or after the registration payment.
On-Site registration is allowed, however, due to limited availability, the only way to secure registration for a clinic is by registering online or by phone and processing the required payment prior to the start of the clinic.
Any and all deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
By Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard and Amercian Express credit cards may be submitted through the online registration application. Payment over the phone, or by fax.
A service fee of $25 will be charged for any cards rejected for payment.
Checks must be drawn on a US bank and must be in US dollars.

Please note clinic participant's name and confirmation number on all checks.
A service fee of $25 will be charged for any returned checks.

Bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the payee.
RPM Sports will credit the payee's registration application within 48-72 hours of with the amount in US dollars that has been credited to RPM Sports’ bank account.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation for a camp or clinic is required to be done no later than 60 days prior to a camp or clinic for a full refund to be processed. Any and all cancellations within 60 days or less to the start date of the camp or clinic will forfeit the camp or clinic fee paid. All refunds requests must be received by at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the clinic or otherwise clinic registration fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds provided for weather related rescheduling or cancellation of clinics.
RPM Sports is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
RPM Sports collects information from our users at different points on our website. In order to receive more information, a user must first complete a request form on our site. During this process a user is required to give their contact information (i.e. name, email and postal address). This information may be used to contact the user about our programs for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the user to provide certain demographic information and unique identifiers but encouraged so that RPM Sports can provide the best customer service.
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We use a credit card processing company, Stripe, to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
